We had 9 PAX strong for a good start to the week this Monday morning.

The Thang – Mosey to the restroom building, The Peoples Chair for 1-minute, Mosey to concessions, (7) Flutter Kicks IC, (7) Hello Dolly IC, (7) LBC OYO, Mosey to the light pole, Squat Step lead with your left to the lot, Run a big lot lap, Squat step lead with your right back to the light pole, Mosey into concessions, (7) arm dips, (7) Inclined Merkins, (7) Step-ups, (7) Declined shoulder taps, Mosey to the light pole, Bear Crawl to the lot, Run a small lot lap, Toy Soldier back to the light pole, Mosey back to concessions, (14) Flutter Kicks IC, (14) Hello Dolly IC, (14) LBC OYO, Mosey to the Light Pole, Lunge Walk to the Lot, Run a medium lot lap, Crawl Bear to the light pole, Mosey into concessions, (14) Arm Dips, (14) Inclined Merkins, (14) Step-ups, (14) Declined Shoulder Taps, Mosey to the Light Pole, Karoke lead with the right to the lot, Run a tiny lot lap, Karoke lead with the left back to the light pole, Mosey towards the restroom, Stop at the light pole, Squat step forward to the restroom, Balls to the wall for 1-minute, Mosey to the lot, Sprint the length of the lot and return to the COT, One round of Stretches, COR, NOR, Announcments, Prayer.
