8 PAX showed up this morning to get some block work in and learn about the 4 Agreements.

 

Warm Up:

SSH x 15

Merkin x 15

Squat x 15

Various stretches

 

The Thang:

Agreement #1: Be impeccable with your word.

*Round 1 – 3 Sets

BBSU into a shoulder press with the block x 10

Reverse lunge w/ the block x 10 (per leg)

KB Swing x 10

Bear Crawl 25 yds

 

Agreement #2: Don’t take anything personally.

*Round 2 – 3 Sets

Single leg deadlift w/ block x 5 (per leg)

Squat Thrusters w/ block x 10

25 LBCs

Run 300 yds (50% effort)

 

Agreement #3: Don’t make assumptions.

*Round 3

20 merkins – run 75 yds (50% effort) – 20 squats – run 75 yds (50% effort)

20 merkins – run 75 yds (100% effort) – 20 squats – run 75 yds (100% effort)

 

Agreement #4: Always do your best.

*Round 4 – 3 Sets

Block merkins (10 left hand off block, 10 both hands on block, 10 right hand off block)

25 yards walking lunge w/ block
