10s- no more than 10 of an exercise in a set- do em right. Upper body, core, lower body, combo/cardio— 10 reps a piece. Some running in between, a stop for a sprint workout by the fields, a stop for some stretching on the way back.
Finished up with some 5 minute timed workouts— kept with the theme. Merkins, Big Boys, Squats, Bobby Hurleys, stair lap. Followed by 5 minutes of partner carries, squats, Rocky Balboas, stair lap.
