We had a 6 pack of HIMs that conquered the fartsack to do some hard things before they got their day started. A little mugginess can be felt in the air this morning, so you can definitely tell a shift in weather is fast approaching.
standard stuff for warm ups- SSH, arm circles, reachers, toy soldiers, Don Quixote…and penalty burpees (cough, Big Bird, cough)
6 exercises with Cindy- 20 reps each, the run 1 lap around library parking lot. Next round, same exercises but decrease reps by 2, run a lap. Rinse and repeat until no reps left. Total of 10 rounds, if you finished.
derkins, single arm rows, squats, calf raises, overhead shoulder presses, reverse crunches w/ block overhead.
