Message: After listening to the Rich Roll podcast last week with Author Brad Stulberg YHC enjoyed the idea of looking to nature for wisdom, specifically looking at Redwood trees in California. These are the tallest living things on the planet, some over 300ft, but the roots are only 6-12 feet deep, however they are over 100 feet wide and the connect with other trees to survive strong winds and floods. The trees survive because they are connected in a community. No OYO

COT – Prayers – FM for decision making and attitude, a friend going through breast cancer with surgery this week.
