There is still some nice weather for us in the gloom, but for how long? I’m sure hot, muggy days will be upon us soon.  Early mumblechatter was about Tuesday’s beatdown by HotLips and the many many lunges.

Warmup:

  • LBAC fwd IC
  • Chinook IC
  • Moroccan Nightclub IC
  • Toy Soldier – IC not D-Nice cadence
  • Tempo Squat.

Mosey to Pavillion – turned on 80s workout music.

The Thang:

5 to 50 workout. Do all exercises, then bear crawl to pavillion mosey back, plank for 6.

  • 5 burpees
  • 10 pullups
  • 15 merkins
  • 20 squats
  • 25 bbsu
  • 30 dips
  • 35 monkey humpers
  • 40 lbc
  • 45 mountain climbers
  • 50 calf raises.

But to start 1 PAX roll 2 dice. Add them up 2-10 find exercise double that one. If 11 – double burpees, if 12 crawl bear back instead of mosey. First time, doubled merkins, then doubled monkey humpers, then doubled burpees.

Did 3 rounds, with remaining time, each PAX got to roll the dice and we did that exercise.

Naked Moleskin:

Many family changes happening…with kids graduating, and moving to next phase.  I for one still have a few years, but need to work and improve relationship with M as it will be different once all 2.0s have gone.
