Warm-o-Rama: SSH, Michael Phelps, LBAC-F/B, Air Presses, Reacher, Hillbilly


(1) Mosey to bleachers: 2 Sets of 10 Merkins, 20 dips; 30 second wall sit.

(2) Mosey to Circle: Block work- 2 Sets of 10 Merkins, Overhead Presses, LBCs, Mosey…  Repeat 2 more sets

(3) Mosey to bleachers: 1 Set of 10 Merkins, 20 Dips; 10 Burpees; 30 second wall sit

(4) Mosey to Circle: Block Work- 2 sets of 10 curls, bench presses, flutter kicks, Mosey… Repeat 2 more sets

(5) Block work: 5 Man Makers; 2 sets of 10 shoulder taps, goblet squats, Big Boy sit ups, Mosey… Repeat 2 more sets.
