BLIMPS: 5 burpees 10 lunge steps each leg 15 imperial walkers 20 merkins 25 plank jacks 30 squats

Sleep Walker
1 squat 2 toe touches 3 lunges. 2squats 4 toe touches 6 lunges. All the way up to 10 squats

Mosey to the playground.
5-10-15 exercises. Lap around the park.
Mosey to midfield

Bear crawl 11’s
1 merkin. Bear crawl 10 LBC’s
