Stretch then 1 mile run

The Thang

20 minute partner Amrap

Partner 1 10 merkins with Block, 10 Block Curls, 10 Block overhead press

Partner 2: 15 air squats, 15 side straddle hop

Change up and get after it

Every 5 minutes 300 meter run


The Next Best Thing: This life is hard. dealing with adversity is part of it. Bad things happen. You have a choice; sulk, whine, and complain or deal with it and move on to the next best thing.  It is a mindset! Ya Dig? Let’s go!
