19 men gathered in the sun on a beautiful morning to have a great time fitnessing.

In life we often take non-serious things way to seriously while taking things that are serious not serious enough.
We warmed up to the field and then did a ladder of increasing reps exercises.
1 – 5 Burpees
2 -10 Merkins
3 -15 Squats
4 -20 LBC
5 – 25 Lunges
6 – 30 SSH
Everyone did awesome except for Prunetang. He forgot to SSHs almost everytime and was unfortunately DQ’ed from the workout. Pray for him.
We moseyed back to the circle.
Oops is a legend for sacrificing his body, life, and existence so that we did not have to do one penalty burpee. Hopefully the wind in his lungs returns sometime soon.
