How can you become a Qualified man? How will you hold yourself to the highest possible standard in life? The answer, Discipline. Are you Disciplined? Do you meet the qualifications? Everything in our society seems to require pre qualification? Life is made up of qualifying! Qualifying for a mortgage, a credit card, a car, a job, a sports team, a college, etc.
Qualification of F3 is that you must be a man…that’s it! No membership required, no base fitness level, no cost, nothing. But it does take Discipline and Consistency to get better, to become a leader and not just a follower.
