Warmup – Mosey parking lot lap. SSH x10 IC, HillBilly x10 IC, The reacher x10 IC, LM OYO, DD stretch OYO, 1 minute stretch OYO
Reverse Indian Run to turf field
First pax stops at each lightpost and performs 5 burpees, then joins the end of the line – Continue until each pax performs the burpees
Turf field 5 rounds of the following:
Bear crawl to 10, Crawl bear back to goal, 5 BBS, 10 Hand release merkins, 20 squats, 40 Air press Air chair, run to opposite goal line and back.
Suicides: goal line to 10 stopping for 1 BBS/1 merkin and back to goal line, repeat for 20, 30, 40, 50 yard line adding 1 rep of each exercise – at 50 finish with 5 BBS and 5 merkins.
Mosey back to flag, stopping at light posts and adding on to the reps of BBS/merkins 6-11.
