9 pax including 1 FNG joined YHC for a 9-11 memorial stair climb, we were also joined by fellow pax who took a break from running many miles by climbing some stairs. Never Forget!
The thang:
Pax split into 2 groups, climbed 110 flights of stairs at HN Welcome center, alternating lead position every 10 flights. Hydrate as needed along the way. Someone also spilled Merlot but I was still on the stairs so can’t confirm who?
