14 Strong on a beautiful Saturday morning post Ian. How fortunate and blessed we all are that we are able to participate.

Warm a Rama
Mosey a lap around the field circle up to do various stretches

The Thang
1.5 mile run to the beach SSH, flutter kicks , merkins along the way

On the beach …. 5 sets of 5 BPS, 10 merkins, 10 LBCS, 10 plank jacks, 200 yard sprint after each set

Round 2…5 sets 10 HR merkins, 20 mountain climbers, 10 BBSUPS, 10 squats, 200 yard sprint after each set.

1.5 mile run back back to the park exercise along the way.
