• Farmer Carry 2 Sandbags to each light pole.
  • Mosey backwards or sprint /skip/bear crawl/karaoke/ lunge to next light and back
  • Before picking up sandbags, do exercise called out by Q:
    • 25 reps – Merkin, burpees, shrugs / upright row, squat with bags, OH push press, shoulder taps, bbsu’s, curls.
    • repeated most 2x
