12 HIMs of Fleming Island posting in the cool crisp gloom of Asgard, obviously not heeding the warning of YHC on the Slack machine.  YHC was not having a good Friday night as he watched his defending World Series champions go down in flames in game 3 of the NLDS.  “Lucky” for the pax, he remembered what he heard earlier in the day while attending Heisenberg’s Celebration of Life regarding anger.  Anger in and of itself is not bad.  It’s how you channel it.  So YHC decided to channel this anger for the betterment of the pax…

Bear Crawls- this was the first new exercise that YHC was exposed to at his first F3 beatdown and he quickly determined that he wasn’t too fond of it.

• Indian lunge-walk with last pax reaching the front via bear crawl, stopping at a random spot in the park after all have bear crawled
• Bear crawl/merkin Ring of Fire
  • Pax in circle and in plank position
  • First pax bear crawls around circle and performs 10 merkins upon return
  • Next pax begins bear crawls when pax returns to circle
• Indian backwards lunge-walk with last pax reaching front via crab walk, stopping at play ground

YHC shared some of the things he heard at the various memorial events for our former Nan’tan Heisenberg. YHC agrees with Updraft that if he could hear 1% of what was said about Jeff at his Celebration of Life service, it would be a very good thing.  There was so much talk about the type of man and Christian Heisenberg was, and for those that knew him, the acolytes were highly accurate.  After reading parts of Jeff’s obituary, Saigon Sam mentioned if we know how we want to be remembered, we should write down our own obituary and look at our lives to see if we are making strides to live up to it.  If not, we need to start making changes.  Make those changes to ensure that we will Leave Right.
