1 lap around the parking lot, SSH x10 IC, LBAC F/B X10 IC, LM OYO, PP OYO, DD OYO, 1 minute OYO.
EMOM 11’s – 1 Burpee/ 10 BBS, repeat for 10 minutes in total, finish with 10 burpees/1 BBS. The pax began with around 30-35sec recovery for the early rounds, last few rounds only 15-20sec recovery.
Run 1 mile, pick up the six if you finish early.
