The Message: Fight the urge to say or think that you are too old to continue to do the things that you love. Don’t lose the capacity, capability, or ability to do the physical activities that you enjoy, because once you stop doing them you may never do them again.

10 BBSU to Block Shoulder Press

5 Plank Block Drags (each arm)

20 Block Prisoner Squats

400 M run

Part 2: 3 Rounds

5 GTA with Block

10 Shoulder Press

5 Block Lunges (each leg)

25 M bear crawl

Part 3:


Partner – up. One partner does a 75 M sprint while the other does 20 curb dips and 20 LBCs. 3 Rounds each.
