10HIM joined together for a chilly start to the week. As many PAX had just finished the challenge 75 hard the question becomes what’s next? I believe we should always be working towards something, a goal, a challenge, training. Always keep something on the schedule to work towards.

Mosey, stopping twice for LBAC and LBC
The Thang – Uncounted partner Dora while partner does the exercise the other runs 100 yards and back once both have done the exercise and ran it completes a set

Four sets of Big Boy Sit-Ups
In total we all ran 2,000 yards on the turf field
