• Baryshnikov Squats (15 in cadence) Legs rotated out to the sides, hips opened, heels raised, then squat.
• Toe on Heel Merkins (15 each leg)
• Makhtar N’Diayes (15) From plank position, a 4-count exercise in which you put each elbow to the ground and then back into regular plank. Named for late ’90s Sengalese basketball player at UNC notorious for his elbows. Pronunciation: MAC-tar JIE – rhymes with “sky”.
• Bay City Scissors (10 of each) Alternating scissor kicks done in an 8-count. On your back start with your legs at a 45-degree angle. Alternate legs for a vertical 4-count scissor; Right leg up/ Left leg down, left leg up/ right leg down, etc. Next parallel to the ground; right leg over left leg, left over right, etc.

o William “Refrigerator” Perry fell on hard times after he retired. He made millions during his career. Health issues, including diabetes, alcoholism, and Guillain-Barré syndrome have had a negative impact on his life and his finances. Even had to sell his Super Bowl XX ring for $20,000 at an auction. In 2016, Perry reportedly had to move into a retirement home and is living off disability payments from the NFL and social security to support himself.
