B=50 burpees, alternate with partner running to first island and back
O=100 overhead claps, alternate with partner running to 2nd island and back
M=150 Merkins, alternate with partner running to 3rd island and back
B=200 BBS, alternate with partner running to 4th island and back
S=250 Squats, alternate with partner running to 5th island and back
