Thang 1
Line up for Indian run. Run about one mile to the side of the YMCA. Line leader has to carry a sledgehammer.
In lieu of a ten count at thr end of the run, we did ten tardy burpees.
Thang 2
TabataY!
Tabata at the wonderful tires the YMCA leaves outside. There were right of us, so I partnered up.
45 on/15 rest
Tire hammer swings
Tire flips
Merkins
BBSU
Squats
12 rounds total before we had to head back.
Thang 3
Indian run back with Mr Sledgie
CoT
Taking from On Fire, letting everyone know how much they matter, and how we all can push to do more than we think.
It was a lot more than that, but I don’t script my CoT, so I can never remember it all

Two miles of Indian running is hard. And carrying a 10lb sledgehammer is significantly worse. Not being able to pump arms when you have it is so much more painful than putting on a vest.
We ended the first run with 4 PAX, and the second run with 3. Everyone pushed themselves, though, and we definitely got out of our comfort zone.
If those tires were a little closer, we could get almost twenty rounds of the Tabata in. Or, we can just get faster. Keep pushing.
So glad to have Crotchless back out. He’s been missed.
