• Block Party, 5 Exercises
o Bent Over Row (15)
o Merkins on block (15)
o BBSU’s, with feet squeezing block (15)
o Block Press, while laying on back (15)
o Curls for the Girls (15)
 SSH Burpees, 5SSH’s / 2 Burpees (1 set)
 Mosey ½ Lap
o Repeat, adding ½ Mosey Lap each time.
• Mosey back to flag.
