11 Pax posted at HardKnocks this morning. Oops asked what time the 6:30 workout starts…smart ass! YHC read the Theodore Roosevelt “Man in the Arena” speech from 1910…that’s 113 years ago. The Pax were encouraged to do their best and not worry about failure. There were plenty of opportunities for failure.

Parking Lot 11s (10 Merkins – 1 Squat Jump at each line, Lunge to 2nd line, etc)

Pathway Circuit (20 Monkey Humps, 15 Drydocks, 10 Pull-ups, 5 Burpees, run to the bridge – 4 rounds)

Playground Circuit (20 Dips, 15 LBCs, 5 Pull-ups – 3 rounds)

Return to Circle Mosey FRBL (Forward – Right – Back – Left – 1 Burpee on “Down”)
