Doracide at Bohica

21 PAX came out in the gloom to get better at Bohica.

Warmup

  • Mosey around the library
  • SSH x 20
  • Imperial walkers x 20
  • [Very slow] merkins x 20

Thang #1: Pushup Doracide

The movement was a combined Dora/suicide at the basketball court. 1st line = 1 pushup, 2nd line = 2 pushups, 3rd line = 3 pushups, and 4th line = 4 pushups.

  • 100 merkins
  • 200 big boy sit-ups
  • 300 squats

Thang #2: Elevens

PAX transitioned to the playground/field for 11s. Pull-ups on the monkey bars with sprints across the field for burpees on the other end.

Bonus

PAX finished with sprints, lunges, and a backward run with core exercises on each end.
