3 pax joined YHC for a Monday morning beatdown. The message was to check in with your M. After a date night discussion I realized I have not been making my M a priority and have been on a sort of cruise control mode. Complacency is a killer! Work needs to be done to keep the marriage strong, aye!

Warmup – 1 big lap around parking lot, Merkins x10 IC, The reacher x10 IC, LM OYO, DD OYO, Valdez/childs pose OYO, 1 minute OYO

The Thang –

20 minute AMRAP

5 burpees

10 Step-ups

15 HelloDollys

20 dips

25 plank jacks

Run to stop sign and back

Lazy Dora

100 merkins, alternate every 10, hold a plank when resting

200 flutter kicks, alternate every 20, hold legs 6″ when resting

300 squats, alternate every 30, hold air chair
