Climbing, not Sliding

Warm up kicked off with 15 burpees thanks to 3 pax who moseyed in past 0630, and we thank them.  QIC shared a message about life being a mountain where you are either climbing up or sliding down.  No plateau for trophy-hoisting.  (Credit to Freed to Lead).  F3 keeps us climbing.

Warm up – SSHs; Michael Phelps; LBACs fwd, LBACs bwd, Moroccan nightclubs, Randys with no recovery between.

Mosey to parking lot for modified Big Bang.  Pax plank in a line, Q calls out exercise, Pax run to 1st island for 10 reps and back to start.  2nd island, 20 reps and so on to the 5th island.  10 Burpees, 20 Bobby Hurleys, 30 Squats, 40 Mountain Climbers, 50 Monkey Humpers.

Mosey towards pull up bars with a stop for merkins.  At the pull up bars, Pax do big boy sit ups while the rest rotate onto the pull up bar to complete one pull up – but the pax are to hang at the top of the pull up with chin above bar for as long as possible, then lower slowly and hold dead hang for as long  as possible.  Mosey back towards the flag with a stop for a wall sit and some good-natured heckling of a man on a bicycle.

Back at the flag for 10 diamond merkins, 10 wide merkins, 10 merkins.  Then ab work.  Lil baby crunches, american hammers, heels to heaven, flutter kicks, hello dollys, big boy sit ups.

Count o rama, name o rama, prayer.
