Warm o Rama to get loose. run to stop sign and back.

The Thang- Tabata rounds

  1. Jump ropurpee – 5 jump ropes straight into a burpee rinse and repeat. run to stop sign and back.
  2. Curls and step ups. run to stop sign and back. 5 pull ups before and after run
  3. Cindy Rows. run to stop sign and back. Stop at each street light and one burpee along the way.
  4. Man maker merkins and V-ups.

Cool down with a jump rope while listening to “the boxer” by Simon and Garfunkel.
