Pax began together warming up. Moved to the Pavilion where the Zamboni Dora (no counting) began. Executed five different Doras with partners, including running, lunging, dips, zambonis, birth canals, pull-ups, flutter kicks, shoulder-tap planks. Introduced the Burpee-Cide, suicide beginning with 4 burpees at each line, decreasing each round by one to one burpee at each line (one burpee each time you return to the baseline). Workout included additional running, lunging, 10 burpees for the train, 30 workins, side-straddle-hops, and squats.
