21 PAX posted at Anthill on a chilly fall morning to get better. Only one PAX came in short sleeves.
We warmed up with a mosey around the parking lot, SSHs, Imperial Walkers, and 10 penalty burpees for late arrival. Then we rifle-carried Cindy to the track with a stop along the way for Mike Tysons.
Thang #1: Fun run
We ran three fun laps around the track with stops at every 100 yards. The exercises consisted of 20 goblet squats, 10 merkins, 5 pull-ups, and 10 big boy situps.
Thang #2: Elevens
We lined up at the bleachers (not chairs) near the 50-yard line. The elevens consisted of blockbees on one end with derkins from the bleecher on the other side of the field.
We rifle-carried Cindy back to the flag with a stop for a few core exercises.
We closed with a circle of trust. If you do not challenge yourself, you cannot know yourself. It’s important to push each other past our perceived limits because that is the only way we can know what we are truly capable of.
Since no one was shirtless, we closed in a BOM. Prayers ascended for family members and loved ones in need of healing.
