Tabata with an Anaconda

8 pax posting in the cool, crisp October gloom of Asgard.  The pax began gathering in the Fleming Island Library parking lot, wondering if YHC had fartsacked his Q as there was no sign of him.  Then he emerged out of the darkness and led the pax to where he had planted the flag on the field.  Despite a rough night (AAA has a lot to work on regarding their roadside service.  A topic for another time), YHC had teased the pax with a new element for the beatdown, and by the grace of God, he was going to deliver.  And so we begin.

The Thang- Tabata with an Anaconda

• Pax 1- battle rope work
• Pax 2- runs parking lot lap
• Rest of pax- perform exercise until runner returns.
  • Exercise determined by a role of the Dodecahedron Dice of Death
• When runner returns, he joins exercise pax, battle rope pax runs, and next pax in line battle ropes
• Pax performed three rounds with variations for Pax 2’s method and distance of travel:
  • Round 1- running perimeter of parking lot
  • Round 2- bear crawl back and forth between parking lot islands
  • Round 3- parking lot suicide

COT/BOM

YHC admitted not being the best version of himself over the last 12 hours.  He was reacting poorly to having to deal with his daughter’s car issues and the poor efficiency of AAA’s roadside service.  He acted poorly as he expressed his displeasure to the service rep who called him during the last round of the beatdown.  YHC used this experience to remind the pax (and himself) to remain patient and kind through trying times.  You can still express displeasure and provide feedback when things go wrong, but do it in a kind and merciful way.  YHC realizes that he needs more practice with this.
