Happy Halloween

It was a dark and gloomy morning. The fog started to roll in, what treats or tricks was going to be in store for the PAX.

The PAX circled up in the parking lot and was standing around, not sure what was happening. Things got hazy after this.

After some warmup exercises. The PAX went trick or treating.

Everyone likes Star Wars but no on could decide what character to bee, so we all were part of the Empire and Imperial Walked to the first house (cone) across the foggy field.

We all took turns choosing candy (exercises) from the Jack O’Lantern.  Candy included in no particular order:

• 3 burpees (tootsie roll)
• 31 werkins
• 31 gorilla humpers
• 31 WW1SU
• 31 raise the roof
• 3 burpees
• 31 jump squats
• 31  burpees (full size candy bar)
• 31 peter parkers

 

Then the PAX wanted to dress as F3 guys, so we all lunge walked to the next house (cone) across the field.

We all took turns choosing candy (exercises) from the Jack O’Lantern.  Candy included in no particular order:

• 31 Freddy Mercuries
• 3 burpees
• 31 diamond merkins
• 31 box cutters
• 31 carolina drydocks
• 31 monkey humpers
• 3 burpees
• 31 mountain climbers
• 3 burpees

 

We left this house and then all dressed up as mummies and mummy walked to the 3rd house (cone).

We all took turns choosing candy (exercises) from the Jack O’Lantern.  Candy included in no particular order:

• 31 hillbillies
• 31 overhead claps
• 31 scorpion drydocks
• 31 stagger merkins
• 31 vups
• 3 burpees

We cut our visit at this house short, as it was drawing near midnight, and we wanted to visit the house on the hill (pavillion).  Everyone raved about the F3 costumes, so we lunge walked to the final house.

We all took turns choosing candy (exercises) from the Jack O’Lantern.  Candy included in no particular order:

• 31 step ups
• 31 Bulgarian split squats
• 31 dips
• 31 noodle merkins
• 31 derkins was the last candy chosen, but only 3 were perfomed as the clock struck midnight.

At this point the PAX found themselves still in that same circle, but this time around an American Flag.  How did this happen? How did we get from the parking lot to here?

I guess we will never know.

Muwhahahahahaha.
