9 pax posting in the cold, crisp gloom of Fleming Island, Florida. With this being the last beatdown at Asgard for 2023, YHC decided to pull out a beatdown he did a couple of years ago to inform the men of Fleming Island of the best option they have to fulfill their fitness goal for 2024. It was time for a field trip, carrying a few heavy objects on this beautiful morning with temps at 38 deg and 82% humidity.

The Thang
YHC tailored his Q on Thursday around the mission of F3, which is to plant, grow and serve, small workout groups for men, for the invigoration of male community leadership. It was time to do a little advertising and help grow this small workout group in Fleming Island with a little Pearls on a String- ruck style.
- 8 pax with rucks + 1 runner
- 3 ruckers carrying one of three flags (American, F3 Jax original design, AO OTY)
- 4 ruckers carrying 4×4’ posts with three Cindys each (2 posts)
- 1 runner circling the pax until they reached a “pearl” (12 total stops round trip)
- At each pearl, YHC called an exercise (or two or three)
- When rucking resumed, pax switched to different element
- Total distance covered- roughly 2 miles.

YHC reminded the pax of our mission that he spoke about at his last beatdown. Today was focusing on growing the workout group. He encouraged all of them to keep EH’ing as there are many more Sad Clowns out there who need F3. Hopefully someone saw us and was inspired.
