No rain today, but 8 PAX joined QIC ready to celebrate the Cowboys win! (At least QIC was ready to celebrate!) HERE WE GO!
• Intro (Warmups in Cadence)
• SSHs (10)
• Michael Phelps/Moroccan Nightclubs (10)
• Hillbilly (10)
• LBCs (10)
• Merkins (20)
• SSHs (10)

• Mosey around track stopping each ¼ for 15 Merkins. (Or modification)
o Mosey, Karaoke R, Karaoke L, Backward Run
 Mosey modifications: BC, CB, Broad Jump, Crabwalk
 Exercise modifications: 15 Burpees, 15 Mike Tysons, 15 T-Bone Merkins, 15 Diamond Merkins
• Mosey to turf field stopping every minute for an exercise. (Or modification) 18 of each exercise in CADENCE (WK 18 of NFL)
o Monkey Humpers (Modification = 25 Bobby Hurleys)
o Pickle Pounders (25 Groiners)
o Squats (25 Tempo Squats)
o Reverse Crunches (20 BBSU’s)
o At field (Partner up)
 As a Team
• 100 Merkins
• 200 Squats
• 300 LBCs
o Partner 1 runs 100 yards and back with Partner 2 performs exercise
o Mosey Back to Flag stopping
 No Surrenders (18)
 Makhtar N’Diayes (18)
• Mosey back to flag stopping every minute for exercises. (Same as above) Repeat as needed at field.
• Head count, COT, Announcement & Prayer Requests
• Modifying is “changing.” Change is not always good, but sometimes it is. 8 days into 2024; everyone wants to change something.

 Spending more time with spouse or significant other
 Spending more time with kids
 Posting to more F3 workouts!
o Bad Changes
 Consuming more alcohol
 Turning to food, etc., to relieve stress
 Working long hours continuously

 Posting to fewer F3 workouts!
