The Pound 2.0

YHC led the first Tuesday workout at the newly formed AO – The Pound.  Weather was glorious – dark and damp.  Perfect for Woodchucks.  Great mumblechatter as we all are dreaming big of thought of how big this thing we love can be.  Thank for letting me lead!

 

Warmup:

SSH, Hillbillies, Reacher, Michael Phelps, LBAC –  forward and backward, Morrocan Night Clubs, and Chinook – for Snuffy.  All about a 10 count

 

The Thang:

  1. Indian run around the perimeter of the parking lot.
  2. All About the Benjamins – 25 curls, 25 lunge walk, 25 squats, 25 lunge walks, 25 oh press, 25 lunge walks, 25 mountain climbers, 25 lunge walks – rinse and repeat but change lunge walks to bear crawls.
  3. Dora 1-2-3 – 100 merkins, 200 LBC’s, 150 kettle bell swings – called an audible.
  4. Moseyed to the pavilion for 25 – 2 count flutter kicks, 15 step ups – each leg, and 15 WWI sit ups – rinse and repeat.
