The “F” is for Friendly, what else would it stand for???
Anytime we get an FNG at a workout we’re thrilled to get the opportunity to indoctrinate you into our F3 Culture—there’s a lot going on here, from weird exercise names (“merkins”? don’t Google that with kids around…) and crazy acronyms, to the all important nicknaming ceremony…but we’ll help you learn all the ropes and understand all the terms, but more importantly we’ll encourage you to keep coming back for more and bringing other guys out to experience what F3 is all about.
