Warm Up – 5 minute cardio of choice

50 merkins

20 merkins (20 second rest)

19 merkins (19 second rest)

18 merkins (18 second rest)

etc, etc, all the way down to 1

*PAX who wanted to go Destroyer Mode added a ruck or weight vest at 10*

Repeat above with various CORE work starting with 50 flutter kicks

1 round METCON
