2 PAX showed up to enjoy what I had cooked up for my 2nd Q.

Theme: It’s 183 days since the start of the year. This also aligns nicely with our Half-Dollar Thursdays so I decided to incorporate 50, half, etc. as the theme.

WARM UP

  • Don Q. x 10 IC
  • Reacher x 10 IC ..and do not recover
  • Stretch – L hand to R ankle, then 10 count, R hand to L ankle then 10 count
  • Michael Phelps x 10 IC
  • Side Straddle x 10 IC
  • High Knees x 10 IC

MAIN

Round 1 (x3)

  • Pull-ups: 8
  • Bench dips: 17
  • Squat jumps: 25

Round 2 (x2)

  • Merkins: 20
  • Bear Crawl: 20 y
  • Groiner Jacks: 20
  • Craw Bear: 20 y

..lap around field (Q ruminates – weinke had plan A and plan B but need to adjust and create plan C)

Round 3 (x2)

  • Carolina Dry Docks: 20
  • Lunge walk: 20 y
  • Burpees: 10
  • Lunge walk back: 20 y

..lap around field and mosey back to flag

BB Sit ups for 1 min.

Message: We are now starting the 2nd half of the year. We need to reflect and plan. We should be deliberate and plan. Life is going to come at you and you will make adjustments but if you have a plan then you re-orient back to plan.

Prayers: For an awesome July 4 convergence – that we all come together and leave spiritually and mentally invigorated even if we happen to be physically beat down. For Patch’s cousin as well as others we know that have been impacted by COVID – for a quick recovery with no long lasting affects.
