The thang -From the goal line Bear crawl to the 10yl, 10 burpees, run to the opposite goal line, Bear crawl to the 10yl, lunge walk to the 20yl, 20 big boy sit-ups, run to the opposite goal line. Continue this pattern with 30 squats, 40 merkins (4 sets of 10 standard, wide, diamond, standard) 50 shoulder taps, 60 flutter kicks 70 LBC. Return to the COT stopping for The shinook, and stretching. Finished with a sprint from the port-o-let to COT.
