11 Pax posted at the Vet this glorious morning to celebrate 7/20. We quickly learned that 7/20 is not quite as much fun as 4/20.

SSH, LBAC forward/backward, OH claps, Seal claps, Reacher and finished with 1 lap around the pond
Tha Thang
To celebrate 7/20 we had 7 pain stations approximately 20 yards apart. At each station we did 20 reps of the following, and then rifle carried our Cindy or Sandy to the next station.
Station 1 – Mike Tysons
Station 2 – No Surrenders
Station 3- Cindy Curls
Station 4- X Factors
Station 5 -Alpos
Station 6 – Thrusters
Station 7 – Mountain Climbers
After station 7 we reversed and ended up working our way back and forth across the soccer field a couple times.
We headed back to the flag for Countorama and Nameorama. We gave thanks for this amazing morning and the opportunity to come outside and make ourselves better. We prayed for healing for Tazz’s foot and for grace and understanding for all of the pax. We finished with the pledge and a picture. Great work today gentlemen
