On the mosey we did some dynamic warmups and as tradition dictates, we stopped at the traffic circle for some monkey humpers, side straddle hops and pickle pounders.
At CVS lot we stopped again to do more warmup exercises, doing some hillbillies, arm circles forward and back, Michael Phelps, Down Dog, Valdez, Child’s Pose and Peter Parker’s.
Mosey to Treylor Park for The Thang:
Dora 1,2,3. Pax Complete reps as a team .
- 100 merkins (bear crawl field)
- 200 step ups (lunge walk field)
- 300 mountain climbers (run to Cora and back)
Mosey to Kookaburra coffee shop and use the benches for the following circuits:
- 20 Dips, 10 box jumps
- 20 Dips, 10 split squats.
- 20 Derkins, 10 tempo squats
- 20 Derkins, 10 split squats
Begin Mosey back to HN. One hard sprint 100ish yard sprint to the Palm Tree, with a big upset in the competition as Goggins beat LeftTurn. Stopped along the way for a merkin ladder led by LeftTurn and some more dynamic stretching in Wasted’s haunted forest.
