Breaking from Routine

10 men arrived to the Badlands on this pleasantly cool March morning.  Several PAX discussed opening day for the MLB.  YHC had no interest in small talk so he commenced the workout with-

Warm-O-Rama:  Limp Member, Reacher, Downward Dog. Air Chair – 30 Seconds, Plank – 30 Seconds, NASCAR Bear Crawl


(1) Indian Run to far parking lot

(2) Circle- PAX SSH while each man runs on the outside of the circle one time.  Repeat for HR Merkins, LBCs, and Burpees.

(3) Mosey Football Field:

DORA- Partner up. 50 Burpees, 100 Merkins, 200 LBCs, 300 Squats.

(4) Mosey to Parking Lot: 10 Diamond Merkins followed by run, 10 Wide Merkins followed by lunge, 10 Staggered Right followed by bear crawl, 10 Staggered left. Air Chair

(5) Mosey to Flag Pole:



Next F2 at Bogey’s this Friday at 5:30   Prayers offered.   YHC encouraged PAX to break from routine where unhealthy or other priorities are more important.  Read Romans 12:2-  Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
