The workout that almost made Big Bird and PUD Puke!

It all started out so simple… “Hey Guys, bring a Jump Rope to Anchor”.

Realizing that I wasn’t 100% clear on what was in store for the workout I shaved 1 Mile off my run (JK) so I could make it back in time to scribble something down on a wenkie.

CONDITIONS: Ideal WARM UP: 10 SSH 10 LBAC FWD 11 LBAC BWD (Lost count) 10 Donkey Quixote’s 10 Reachers 10 Burpees OYO Mosey to the fountain

THE THANG:

  • 50 BBSU
  • 100 Jump Rope
  • 100 Flutter Kicks (1,1,2,2…)
  • 100 Jump Rope
  • 50 Leg Raises
  • 100 Jump Rope
  • 100 Mountain Climbers (1,1,2,2…)
  • 100 Jump Rope

THE THANG 2 :

  • 4 Rounds (2 Min Rest Btwn)
  • 20 Diamond Merkins
  • 30 Merkins
  • 40 BBSU
  • 50 Squats
  • 100 Jump Rope
