AFTER EACH ROUND, PAX COMPLETED A CHOICE OF 10 MERKINS OR 5 BURPEES ONCE BACK ON THE STARTING GOAL LINE.

THUNDERSTRUCK

  • AT THE FLAG, PAX ENDED THE BEATDOWN WITH A 4 MINUTE AND 52 SECOND PLANK DURING THUNDERSTRUCK! EVERY TIME THE BAND SAID “THUNDER”, PAX COMPLETED A MERKIN AND CONTINUED TO HOLD PLANK POSITION. FULLY SMOKED AFTER THAT!!!

THE MESSAGE

I HAVE BEEN PERSONALLY DEALING WITH THINGS AT HOME THAT HAVE EFFECTIVELY “TAKEN ME OUT OF THE GAME” LATELY. WE ALL DEAL WITH THINGS… IT’S LIFE. NOT JUST WHEN WE ARE IN THE GLOOM TOGETHER, BUT OUTSIDE OF OUR WORKOUTS AS WELL. WE SEE A LOT OF MEN COME AND GO, AND WHEN WE STOP SHOWING UP, THERE IS PROBABLY A REASON!
