Mosey to turf field

Indian Run around field ( marked by nicely lit cones)

3 consecutive circuit runs  mosey width of field, sprint diagonal to 50 yard line.

2 consecutive circuit runs bear crawl 1/2 width, lunge 1/2 width, sprint diagonal to 50 yard line
