After an extended absence due to a calf injury, YHC has been exceedingly glad to be back out with the brothers in the gloom! I was even more excited when 14 PAX joined me for my first Q after being on the shelf. Yesterday on slack, I posted 3 letters for the PAX to consider as they prepared for the workout, but didn’t give them anything else-POE. More to come on that. Disclaimer was given and we were off.

YHC even strayed from his normal rap playlist and introduced the PAX to a metal band called Metallica. I am no music expert, but I think these guys have what it take to make it!

One of the best professional and life leadership lessons I ever got was POE- Passion, Ownership, and Execution. PAX were challenged to examine areas of their life where they were falling short of POE. YHC admitted his was at home. That is my focus this week. POE to be the best dad and husband I can be. Great example of POE amongst us is Tazz- who spearheaded a shield lock at his school that launched with 12 people. Great work Tazz!

Colossians 3:23-24 “Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. you are serving the Lord Jesus Christ”

F2- A bunch of races coming up,specifically the Kraken coming up on 1/18 (more to come on that). First ever F3 Jax Christmas Party.
F3- Prayers offered for those friends and family members stricken with cancer, our leadership, and our fellowship.

Always an honor to lead!

Gravy out!
