Proper Cadence Sequence
* “The next exercise is…” [pause] “Side Straddle Hop!” (or name of other exercise)
* “Starting Position…” [pause] “Move!”
* “In Cadence…” [pause] “Exercise!” (begin count 1..2..3)
– SSH 10
– Michael Phelps 10
– Little baby arm circles (forward) 10
– Little baby arm circles (backwards) 10
– The reacher 10
– High knees 10
– Butt kicks 10
Mosey to the Jungle Gym 🏃♂️
Pearl One – 10 Merkins
Pearl Two – 10 Burpees
10 Pull-ups and 1 Burpee
9 Pull-ups and 2 Burpee
8 Pull-ups and 3 Burpee
And so on till you get down to 1 Pull-up and up to 10 Burpees
(If we have many Post have half do 15 dips and 15 squats till the pull up group is done)
Mosey to I9 Field 🏃♂️
Cones are set 20 yards apart:
1. Inch worm to cone 10 Merkins and run back
2. Bear crawl to cone 10 squats and run back
3. Crawl bear to cone 10 BBC and run back
4. Crab walk to the cone 10 Hello Dolly and run back
5. Run the full length of the field 25 SSH and run back

Theme – Why? Answer is Trust 🙏
Heavenly Father, sometimes the way ahead seems so clear, but at other times the way seems shrouded with uncertainly and the road ahead seems to be hidden in the questioning shadows.
I want to be in Your perfect will Lord, and I pray that Your will be done in every area of my life. I long to have Your assurance that this is the way to walk, but at times Your will seems to be hidden by a cloud of uncertainly and swamped by a foggy mist of unknowing.
As I step out into the future Lord, I place my trust in You. My desire is to remain in the centre of Your perfect will for my life.
Lead me Lord on the right path that is best for me I pray. You have promised to be with me wherever I go, for You know the steps that I take. My trust is in You and I want to do only that which glorifies You. In Jesus’ name I pray,
