* “In Cadence…” [pause] “Exercise!” (begin count 1..2..3)

– SSH 10
– Michael Phelps 10
– Little baby arm circles (forward) 10
– Little baby arm circles (backwards) 10
– The reacher 10
– High knees 10
– Butt kicks 10

Mosey to Turf Fields 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️

Pearl ONE

Line up on the goal line:

– Bear crawl to the 10 yard line and then do 10 Burpees
– Inch worm to the 20 yard line and do 20 Merkins
– Crawl bear to the 30 yard line and then do 30 SSHs
– Broad jump to the 40 yard line and then do 40 squats
– Crab walk to the 50 yard line and then do 50 LBCs
– Sprint back to the goal line

Repeat pearl ONE (2nd and 3rd time)

Pearl TWO

Line up on the corner of the goal line and run to the 50 yard line, karaoke across the field, run to the goal line, karaoke across the field (face the other way).

Line up on the corner of the goal line and run to the 50 yard line, skip across the field, run to the goal line, skip across the field (face the other way).

Line up on the corner of the goal line and run to the 50 yard line, SSH across the field, run to the goal line, SSH across the field (face the other way).
