Route 66. Add a rep at each light…burpees to the football field.
LT Dan Taylor’s. 4 lunges 1 burpee add 4 and 1 the length of the field. Run backwards back
count off in twos.
Balls to the walls for 1/2 pax other half up and down the field Switch.
Indian bear crawl the length of the field.
1/2 pax runs around the parking lot. Other 1/2 balls to the walls. Switch
mosey to the baseball fields.
