The theme at the Badlands was discipline. Identify areas in each HIM life where he needs more discipline- whether it be diet, exercise, work, relations, service, etc.

THANG- Mosey to turf field stopping at 10 street lights and performing sets of 5 Burpees, 10 Merkins, 10 Squats. Total: 50 Burpees and 100 Merkins and Squats
At the turf field, nine 50 yard and two 100 yard sprints followed by core exercises after each sprint (LBCs, BBS, Bicycles, Birthers, Planks)
